Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Village of Barons Office.

Note that any information submitted to Council becomes part of the Council meeting and will become part of the public record.

The public is welcome to attend meetings in an observatory role only.

If you wish to address Council you must contact the Village Office two weeks prior to the meeting to be put on the agenda and are required to:

• contact the Village Office with what you wish to present to Council
• limit the delegation to no more than four persons
• limit your presentation to no more than fifteen minutes
